In our first year we have learned in no uncertain terms that the Gig Harbor Peninsula community has a tremendous belief and commitment to the PenMet Foundation's mission to help build & maintain a first-class parks system and in supporting the newest proposed park project - Harbor Family Park!
We would like to especially thank those below for their generous financial support and pledges of in-kind and financial contributions towards the Foundation and acquisition of the Harbor Family Park site. Thanks to you, we will make our $500,000 matching contribution goal for the State IAC grant by the end of September 2007. While there is still much to be done in Phase II (park development) acquiring the land is an extremely important milestone!
